Tuscany is home to one of the world’s Great Culinary Traditions – so simple, so delicious – and dependent on local and sustainable ingredients. So there is nowhere better than Pieve a Castello, where our chef grows most ingredients in the organic vegetable gardens, to experience sensory and culinary delights, all in the traditional setting of a wonderfully preserved, 8th century canonry.
