ATG has a small team of full-time and part-time employees based at its office in Summertown, North Oxford. Turnover in staff is low, and most of our employees have been with the Company for many years – if not decades! We do, however, have occasional vacancies that arise, and we are pleased to accept CVs from applicants at any time, to be kept on file should an appropriate position become available.
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, physically fit, over 22 and looking for a challenge? Do you have good social skills, enjoy food & wine, art & architecture, flowers & wildlife, walking across country? Can you cook, drive, map-read, speak English and two of the following languages to a conversational level: Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese?
Every year ATG offers work to new Tour Managers, Tour Leaders and Route Managers working on a seasonal, free-lance basis on our trips abroad. Applicants should be available to work from March until the end of the Autumn season.
We hold interviews in February and early March, and if successful at interview you would be invited to attend a week-long Tour Consultant Conference in mid March. Occasionally we hold interviews and a conference in August if we require extra Tour Consultants for our Autumn season. Any applications received outside our recruitment periods will be held on file until the next round of interviews.
If you are interested in an office based position with ATG, please send your CV and covering letter to trip-enquiry@atg-oxford.com.
If you are interested in working with ATG as a Tour Consultant, please contact us to request an application form.
The quieter ‘off-season’ months have always been among the best for travel in Europe – especially for walkers and nature lovers.
