Prices

All ATG trips provide the same high standards of service, but vary in price. Differences in price are directly related to the cost of hotels – their quality, location, and demand in the area visited.

Best Price & Discounts

The price of an ATG trip is the one listed on the website at the time of booking, so as with flights or hotels, the best prices are likely to be for those who book early.

The ATG ‘11th Trip Free’ offer (effectively an accumulated 10% discount on the previous 10 trips adjusted for RPI) – to thank you for choosing to travel with ATG!

We are also offering a 10% discount on basic Footloose trip prices to everyone under the age of 18 (accompanied by an adult) as ATG environmentally low-impact trips make such wonderfully enjoyable family holidays and introduction to real travel.

Our Reservations Team will take details of your booking request and process the booking. To secure a booking a deposit (minimum £150) is required for each person travelling.

Confirmation of your Booking

On receipt of your booking request and deposit, a binding contract between us comes into existence. Our Reservations Team will process all the reservations (of hotels etc.) required by your chosen itinerary, and confirm your booking.

In the very unlikely event of your booking request not being confirmed to your satisfaction, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

We will send you detailed confirmation of your booking, as well as further pre-trip information. 

Payment of the balance is due 90 days before the departure date of your trip.
