ATG Oxford pioneered the genre of walking holidays along continuous routes in Europe – since 1979 introducing tourism on foot in many areas of Europe and creating the walking routes.
Over the years, ATG’s products, ideas and brands have been copied by numerous tour operators the world over, some blatantly, others more subtly – and often undercutting ATG by selling an inferior product at a lower price whilst making it look like the quality and value is on a par with ours.
