It is time to get your walking shoes on, take in some fresh air, and leave your bus ticket at home. This week (11th – 15th May 2015) is Walk to Work Week, which is part of National Walking Month, an annual campaign run by Living Streets which promotes walking for all. We are obviously big fans of walking here in ATG and know it helps us keep a healthy body and mind. So encourage your family, friends and colleagues to put their first foot forward and get walking!
